We're looking for for enthusiastic Front of House Assistant and Bar & Café Assistants to join our friendly and ambitious team on a casual basis. DAC is a busy arts venue in the heart of Enfield and the borough’s flagship cultural hub. We invite visitors to see, do, learn, connect, and enjoy. Everyone is welcome, whether watching a show or watching the world go by, making a masterpiece or a bit of a mess. We are home to a 152-seat studio theatre, buzzing café-restaurant, the Museum of Enfield, and gift shop.

Front of House Assistant

  • Hourly Rate £14.40
  • Supporting the delivery of a smooth running, safe and welcoming venue

Bar & Café Assistants

  • Hourly Rate £11.44 (rising to £13.77 after 12 weeks)

Marketing & Audience Development Manager 

We're looking for a Marketing & Audience Development Manager to create and implement data-driven creative marketing campaigns for Enfield’s cultural & leisure services, which includes Dugdale Arts Centre, Forty Hall, Museum of Enfield and leisure venues to promote the rich programme of live performance, cultural events, exhibitions and projects, workshops and activities for the borough.

As the Marketing & Audience Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring high visibility for our Culture & Leisure services, and engaging new and existing audiences. You will lead on the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, develop innovative strategies for audience growth, and champion the council’s cultural and leisure offerings both locally and beyond.

The role will predominantly focused on Cultural services but will also deliver for leisure services one day a week.
